Caring for teeth




Tooth decay and gum disease are responsible for tooth loss and pain and discomfort that could be prevented with good dental hygiene and simple. In addition to regular reviews, you must go to the dentist at the slightest problem.
we must guard well the teeth and it's our first look that we present in our body. Although brushing your teeth and have some care with your mouth, you can improve your dental health dramatically by adopting some simple habits. Is a basic rule that we must fulfill:




  • After each meal we brush to keep teeth healthy and strong.
  • every three months we go to check your teeth for a dentist
  • every two months to do a teeth cleaning to be strong, no cavities.
